Hotel room was clean and modern. 2nd best shower I’ve ever experienced. Service was off the charts good. We had a very nice internal balcony that had a couch and chair. Great bathroom although only one sink. Separate water closet. Bed was very comfortable with light switches and charging ports at bedside.

Mandarin Oriental is absoltely top. Among the very best hotels in the world. All empoyees were wonderful.

Friendly staff, they seem to know you. Great advice on restaurants and bookings. Knowledgeable about all the various Covid related rules and regulations for next destination.

Location is great - 3 minutes walking to Duomo. The staff is excelent, very kind and always there to support you. The room is amazing. We like it so much that we extended our staying with one more night and definitely we will return to this amazing hotel. I traveled all over the Europe, Dubai, Turkey, Russia...this is by far the best hotel i stayed.

The hotel is beautiful and within a walking distance to the Gallerie Vittorio Emmanuele - say 5 minutes. We booked a junior suite for 3 people, the room is quite spacious with a small living area, very well decorated with 3 windows overlooking a nice street, the bathroom is large and elegant. The concierge booked a very popular restaurant for us though with a short notice, this was probably one of the extra benefit of staying here. Breakfast was great, seatings in the courtyard was just lovely. The price was rather steep at this time of year but we did enjoy our stay here so it's worth it.
